Paetsch Scheduling & Planning was selected by Mike Coates Construction to serve as the Schedule Manager on this $68.5 million project that will add 100,000 square feet to the Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare hospital in Sagamore Hills, Ohio. Working with the project participants we developed a fully detailed resource loaded Construction Schedule and are now working with them to complete updates, revisions, and recovery as necessary.

Working for ICON Construction we developed the Pre-Bid Schedule and post-bid fully detailed resource loaded Baseline Construction Schedule for this 207,000 sq. ft. $40M High School. With the project ongoing we have been retained by ICON and a number of the sub-contractors to complete updates, revisions, and recovery as necessary.

Paetsch Scheduling & Planning is proud to be the scheduling contractor for Scaparotti Construction Group. Amongst other projects, we are working on their featured project, the New Cleveland Harbor Station for the United States Coast Guard. The station is completed and located on the original site in downtown Cleveland across from the Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame.
